Free audit
We start with a free thirty-minute call about a problem from your business. You fill out a short form about how you use AI today, if at all, and what you would like to work through, then choose a time. We read your answers before we talk.
On the call, we walk through the problem together, understand how you work, and assess what help you need. We discuss where AI could help and whether there is a useful next step. If there is not, we say so.
Advise
A working session is two hours and costs $300. You do not need to have used AI before. You bring a real problem, such as a recurring task you think AI could help with, and we work on it together.
You leave with one of three outcomes:
- The problem is solved.
- A piece of it is working, with a clear path to the rest.
- You understand why it is harder than it looks and what needs to change first.
Some problems take more than one session.
Build
We turn what the working session showed into an automation for your business. That can mean connecting tools you already use or building a system from scratch.
Together, we agree on what it should do, what gets checked, and who is responsible for the result. We connect it to your systems, test it on real work, and hand it over with the agreed checks in place.
Build is a fixed price, quoted after one or more working sessions.
Review
We stay on to monitor the automation, fix problems, and keep it working as your tools and business change.
Review may lead to another working session or a new build. Sometimes the useful next step is to keep what already works in good order.
Review is a monthly fee, set after the build.
