We help home service businesses get found by AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google. The free check shows what those tools say about your business; it is free and creates no obligation. Our monthly plan covers work such as your Google Business Profile, listings, website details, review requests, and a short monthly report. Scope, fees, deliverables, and support depend on what we agree through email, an accepted quote, or a separate agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to engage us on its behalf.
Responsibilities and AI use
You are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary access, protecting your accounts, having permission to use the data you provide, and using our services lawfully.
AI can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. We agree on what may run automatically and what requires human review. You remain responsible for your business decisions and assigned checks; we remain responsible for the work and checks we agree to perform. Review outputs before using them for consequential decisions.
Connected third-party services have their own terms, availability, and data practices. Our responsibility for them is limited to what we agree to take on.
Payment and ending work
The monthly plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Before you start, we give you a dated list of every wrong or conflicting detail on your website, Google profile and listings. Within 90 days we fix every item on it that we control, or we work for free until we do. Other agreed payment, cancellation, refund, renewal, and handoff terms apply. Contact us to reschedule or end work. If your arrangement does not address a situation, we will discuss the remaining work and any payment or refund with you, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend work or access we provide for overdue payment, unlawful use, security risks, or a material breach when reasonably necessary to protect you, us, or others.
Payment obligations, confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits continue after the work ends where applicable.
Ownership and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your data. Rights to deliverables depend on what we agree. We retain our pre-existing tools and methods; third-party and open-source components remain subject to their licenses.
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the work, except when disclosure is authorized or legally required. Any separate confidentiality agreement controls.

Warranties and liability
Except for agreed commitments and rights that cannot be excluded by law, services and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, suitability for every purpose, or a particular business result.
AI tools and search engines decide for themselves what they show, and their answers change. We cannot make any of them mention, recommend, or rank your business, and we do not promise calls, customers, or revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recursive Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from our services. Specific liability terms we agree with you control.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. We will notify active clients of material changes affecting their engagement. Updates do not by themselves change specific terms already agreed.
