How we use information
We use information to run the free AI checks you request, respond to inquiries, manage bookings and client relationships, provide our services, send marketing, protect our systems, and maintain business and legal records.
Free AI check
When you request a free check, Cloudflare processes the form and stores your request for 90 days, then deletes it. We copy it into our customer records to follow up. To run the check, we ask AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI about your business, using its name, website, and the area you serve. We email you what we find and may follow up about it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Meetings and AI
With participants’ permission, we may record meetings and use AI tools to create transcripts or notes for follow-up and client work. You can ask us to turn these features off.
We do not use client business data to train AI models. External AI tools may process information for the agreed work; their data handling depends on the provider’s terms and the account settings used.
Analytics and security
When you submit a form, we may associate it with the public page where you entered the site, the referring website, and campaign labels. We temporarily keep these source details in your browser tab to preserve them as you move between pages. We use them to understand which content and referrals lead to inquiries and check requests.
Until you make a choice in Cookie settings, we count page visits with PostHog without cookies or browser storage. PostHog receives the page you visit, the referring website, campaign labels, and basic performance measurements, and uses your network address and browser information to create an anonymous visit identifier that changes daily. We use this only to see how many people visit and how they find the site. Declining optional tracking, or a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, turns this counting off. Hosting and security services may process browser and network information to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
If you accept optional tracking, we use Apollo to identify companies visiting our site. It receives IP addresses, browser information, page URLs, and referral information, and uses cookies or browser storage. You can decline or withdraw consent in Cookie settings without affecting site access. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional tracking off.
If you accept optional tracking, we use PostHog to understand website usage, performance, and whether visits lead to inquiries, check requests, or bookings. We use pseudonymous identifiers, page and referral information, and browser storage for analytics and consent preferences. Data is processed in the United States. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, or calendar details to PostHog, and session replay is disabled. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings or contact us about previously submitted requests. Withdrawal does not delete data already collected.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing
We share information with providers that support hosting, analytics, security, scheduling, customer records, communications, payments, and AI work, including the AI tools we use to run checks. Information may be processed outside the United States.
We may also disclose information when you authorize it or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
Retention varies with the purpose of the information, our relationship with you, and business, security, or legal requirements.
You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact below. We may verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted by applicable law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or contact us to opt out. We may still send messages needed for bookings, payments, or active work, and keep a record of your opt-out.
