Agreement

By using any services, products, or software provided by Recursive Systems LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services We Provide

Recursive Systems provides managed AI agent services for small businesses. This includes:

• Managed AI agents that handle tasks like scheduling, customer communication, and business operations on your behalf.
• ClawRig, a self-hosted AI appliance that runs on Raspberry Pi hardware you own, with optional managed service add-ons.
• Hosted infrastructure including search proxies, update servers, and fleet management services that support our products.
• Consulting and pilot engagements where we build and deploy custom automations for your business.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business and its needs.
• Maintain the security of any accounts, credentials, or devices used with our services.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party services integrated into your solution (AI providers, Twilio, AgentMail, Telegram, etc.).
• Use our services lawfully and not for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including AI providers (such as Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI), communication services (such as Twilio for SMS), email services (such as AgentMail), messaging platforms (such as Telegram), and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, pricing, or behavior of these services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Automations, configurations, and workflows we build for you during an engagement are yours. Our underlying tools, frameworks, and proprietary software remain ours. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

No Warranty

Our services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recursive Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of our services or products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For active clients, we will notify you directly of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
