This policy applies when you visit recursivesystems.dev, contact Recursive Systems, schedule a call, or share information during an advisory, development, or operations engagement.

Information you provide

• Project information. Business requirements, system information, credentials, communications, files, and other data you choose to provide for an engagement.
• Account and support information. Information needed to provide access, support a product, diagnose a problem, or respond to a request.

Information generated when you use the site

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or behavioral profiles. Hosting and font providers may receive routine network information such as your IP address, browser type, and request time when they deliver the site.

How information is used

• Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
• Advise, design, build, operate, secure, and support systems covered by an engagement.
• Provide requested product access and technical support.
• Maintain business, security, and legal records.

Recursive Systems does not use client business data to train AI models. If an engagement uses an external AI provider, that provider’s handling of data depends on the provider, account, configuration, and terms selected for the engagement.

Recursive Systems uses service providers only when needed to operate the site, communicate, schedule calls, deliver software, or perform contracted work. Depending on the engagement, these may include hosting providers, AI providers, email and messaging services, source control, observability tools, payment services, and scheduling tools.

Sharing

Retention and deletion

Information is kept only as long as needed for the engagement, product operation, security, support, business records, or legal obligations. Project-specific retention may be defined in a project agreement or product setting.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@recursivesystems.dev. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any legitimate contractual, security, or recordkeeping requirement.

Security

Recursive Systems uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and work involved. Access is limited to people and providers that need it for the engagement. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site and services are intended for businesses and adult representatives. Recursive Systems does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
