This policy applies to anyone who visits the Recursive Systems website (recursivesystems.dev), schedules a discovery call, or uses my services as part of a pilot program or ongoing engagement.

Information You Provide Directly

• Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name when you book a discovery call through my scheduling tool (Calendly) or reach out via email.
• Business data you share with me during a pilot or service engagement, such as customer lists, operational data, scheduling information, communications, and any other data relevant to the automations I build for you.

Information Collected Automatically

• Website: This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking tools. I do not collect any data from you simply by visiting this website.
• Scheduling tool: When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policy. I encourage you to review it.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver services: Building, running, and maintaining the automations and AI-powered tools I create for your business during a pilot or ongoing engagement.
• To communicate with you: Responding to inquiries, scheduling calls, sending project updates, and requesting feedback.
• To improve my services: Using anonymized, non-identifiable usage data and patterns to make my offerings better. I will never use your identifiable data for this purpose without your consent.

I will never sell your data. I will never share your identifiable information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To deliver AI-powered automation services, your business data may be processed by third-party tools and platforms. These may include AI services (such as Anthropic's Claude, OpenClaw, and similar platforms), automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, and other software tools necessary to build and run your automations.

The specific tools used will depend on your particular use case and may evolve over time. I select tools based on their capabilities and their privacy and security practices, and I only share the minimum data necessary to deliver the services you've engaged me for.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. While I choose reputable providers and take reasonable precautions, I encourage you to ask me about which specific tools are being used for your engagement if you have concerns.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Pilot engagements: Upon request or at the end of a pilot period, I will delete your business data from my systems within thirty (30) days.
• Ongoing engagements: I retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services. After an engagement ends, I will delete your data within thirty (30) days of your request.
• Contact information: I may retain basic contact information (name, email) for my own business records unless you ask me to delete it.

If you want your data deleted at any time, just email me at privacy@recursivesystems.dev and I'll take care of it.

Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes using secure tools, limiting access to your data to only what's necessary, and choosing third-party services with strong security practices.

That said, no system is 100% secure. I'm committed to handling any security issues promptly and transparently if they ever arise.

Children's Privacy

My services are designed for businesses and their adult representatives. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If I learn that I have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, I will delete it promptly.
